Dr. Esther Imuetinyan Mmeka is a Nigerian education policy and academic-planning specialist whose work focuses on higher-education quality assurance, curriculum development, skills development and entrepreneurship education. She serves as Director of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship at the National Universities Commission (NUC), supporting initiatives to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity and university–industry collaboration.
Her career at the NUC has included responsibilities across academic planning, research and postgraduate development, quality assurance and curriculum development. She has contributed to efforts to ensure that university programmes respond to national priorities and equip graduates with relevant skills for a changing economy.
