Inye Kemabonta is a Nigerian consultant specializing in the digital economy, regulatory policy, and impact investing. He advises international, national, and private organizations on technology, governance, and development finance.
He consulted for the World Bank on the 2019 Digital Economy Diagnostics for Africa and led the Nigeria GovTech Community Initiative through 2021, supporting technology adoption in public service delivery across Nigerian States and at the federal level. From 2025, he served as Key Expert on an EU-funded study on broadband infrastructure expansion in Nigeria in support of the nation’s Digital Literacy Program.
Kemabonta currently consults for GIZ and the Impact Investors Foundation (IIF) in Nigeria, conducting regulatory, policy, and market diagnostics to strengthen the ecosystem for impact investing. He has experience in bridging Government, development finance, and the private sector to advance inclusive digital transformation and sustainable investment. He is proudly associated with Triple Helix, Nigeria on a related project.
