Engr. Enoch Ifeanyichukwu Moghalu is a Deputy Director in National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion. He is a Chemical Engineer and has a Master's degree in Project Management Technology. He was trained by WIPO on patent drafting in Harare, Zimbabwe, and by COMSTECH on Technology Foresight in Pakistan. He has travelled round the country in creating awareness on IP and Promotion of IP registration. He has evaluated and registered all the patent applications facilitated by NOTAP. He has facilitated in no small measure in the establishment of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Offices across the country. He drafts IP policy for research institutes. He trains research communities on IP and IPR issues. He is strongly rooted in IP and its related issues.
