Dr. Abdulmalik Halilu is the Director, Corporate Services at the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). Appointed Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics (PRS) in May 2023, he oversees corporate planning, policy development, local content data management, and the operationalisation of various NCDMB initiatives. He previously served as the General Manager of Research, Statistics, and Development, where he led key projects such as the Nigerian Content Research and Development Roadmap and the establishment of the Nigerian Content R&D Fund. Before joining NCDMB in 2011, Mr. Halilu worked at Accenture, contributing to significant national projects like Nigeria Vision 20:2020 and the National Biofuels Policy. With expertise across oil and gas, renewable energy, agribusiness, and project management, he has played a pivotal role in the development of initiatives like the Nigerian Oil and Gas Park Scheme (NOGaPS). Mr. Halilu also serves as the President of Triple Helix Nigeria, an organisation focused on the intersection of government, industry, and academia for sustainable development. He holds a master’s degree in development studies and several professional certifications. He is a change management practitioner, project management professional, and policy development specialist.
