Laoye Jaiyeola (FCIB, FCA, FIoD) is a distinguished business leader and governance expert with over a decade of executive experience across Nigeria’s financial and educational sectors. He currently serves as the Founder, Pro-Chancellor, and Chairman of the Governing Council at Hillside University of Science and Technology (HUST), Okemesi-Ekiti, where he champions innovation in education and entrepreneurship. His leadership is marked by a commitment to strategic transformation, inclusive growth, and the development of sustainable institutions.

Mr Jaiyeola is also the Chairman of KainosEdge Consulting Limited, a role he has held since 2014, providing strategic guidance to startups and established enterprises alike. His career includes notable contributions to national policy and economic development, having served as Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) for twelve years. He continues to influence financial sector reform and governance as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Market Dealers Association of Nigeria, a position he has held since 2008.
